Belle Parker

Since joining the Real Estate industry in 2000 as a personal assistant, I learnt the ropes quickly, as I had an amazing mentor who taught me the value of learning all aspects of this industry from the ground up. As a result, I have successfully sold a diverse range of properties, from vacant land to houses, farms, hobby farms, units and weekend retreats.

Selling properties has taken me from the northern suburbs to the outer country towns such as Kempton to Ouse, down to Blackmans Bay and Primrose Sands with everything in between…it’s a busy life in Real Estate - never dull or boring, as my office view changes daily.

In 2020, in the middle of the coronavirus outbreak, I decided it was time to open my own Real Estate Agency, and BelleParker@homes was created. It has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made, as I now get to do things my way and treat people how I would want to be treated… It’s so refreshing not to have to wait for a corporate response; I just now ask myself.

Being extremely community focused, my face is well known, along with my sunny disposition, take-it-to-task attitude and, of course, my sense of humour and a smile that never seems to fade.

I have lived in Brighton since 2000 with my husband, Rick, along with my animals, and there is a flock…. Pony (Shiraz or Razzle dazzle for short), Donkey (Vivaldi), 2 cockatoos (Jack and Charlie), 2 cats (Chewy and Buddy), 2 dogs (Larry and Tonka) and I am blessed to have wonderful stepchildren in my life for over 18 years. Marcus, who has his own family now and lives happily in Brighton with his wife, Rebecca, and my beautiful grandson, Blake. Ashley has seen the world while working for Qantas and is now living in Melbourne with her fiancé, Alex, and we love to visit.

I am a passionate (maybe 1 eyed) Sydney Swans supporter and very much enjoy watching a game and having a good old scream at the TV. Whether it be saltwater or freshwater fishing, I always have my fishing pole handy and now my new caravan to go see the sites around Tasmania!

When I’m not watching footy or fishing, I do love to shop and decorate… always finding a bargain at a garage sale, of which I almost get whiplash when I see a sign on the road.

I am constantly amazed on a daily basis at the industry and the diversity of homes and people. This has fuelled my desire to have a successful career. In pursuit of constantly improving my service for my clients, I maintain a high standard of training, and with my personal morals and beliefs, I never compromise on doing what I know is the right thing.
